Honestly, this is one of the better purchases I've made for my physical health. I have a tendency to slouch when I'm tired, which leads to terrible tension in my neck. This corrector doesn't do all the work for you, which is good. It just makes slouching uncomfortable so you are forced to use your own core and back muscles to maintain a good posture.

Effective but bulky. I really like how this brace corrects my posture instantly. The moment you put it on, you feel your chest open up. However, it's quite thick, making it impossible to wear discreetly under anything but a heavy winter coat. I've resorted to just wearing it at home during my evening routine, which still provides good results.
