TerraCalm Grounding Mat

The TerraCalm Grounding Mat lets you practise grounding indoors. Connect it to the earth port of a grounded wall outlet, rest bare skin on the surface, and you're connected to the earth's ground the same way you would be standing barefoot on grass.

Where to Use It

Under your feet at a desk, under your forearms on a table, under a fitted sheet on the bed, or on the floor in front of the sofa. Skin contact is what matters — bare feet, hands or forearms all work.
